Start by watching the first episode of the 2000s version through the Remaster on Youtube, then go to Archive version for episode two (or just continue watching the Remaster version if it's available). These are the only two versions I know of. *For some reason the first episode of the 2000s version is in Japanese? And with no subtitles I would just use the HD Remaster version to watch that episode.

JOJO OVA FULL
If you want the full unedited episodes (sacrifice scene is included here) then this is your version. This set has every episode available to watch. The one caveat here is that second 2000 version episode isn't there. With this version as you get still the beautiful animation with the slightly better (in my opinion) Japanese voice acting. Overall, I highly recommend this version for watching both OVAs. To my knowledge there are no other edits. This channel edits out the introduction of the sacrifice scene in the 1993 which isn't at all needed for watching and the credits are kept in. Colors are slightly blown out/very vivid, but is in HD! jojo ova order As the local Food Critic, his scoring metrics are more challenging than those of the other Closers. This channel has done slightly edited and cleaned up (compared to the old movie versions) episodes of both the 2000 version and 1993 version. There used to be "movie" versions for the 20 OVA, but they've been deleted off of Youtube.
